Family-owned real estate fund Sidan Property approached the Designer Websites team in late 2018 and asked us to design them a user-friendly, professional-looking business website. The site needed to be bold and striking, with the company’s investments front and centre. Sidan have purchased a number of buildings in various locations across the UK, and they wanted to make it easy for interested parties to browse their portfolio online.
We created www.sidangroup.co.uk, a responsive property website with a professional, on-brand design. When creating this site, we strove to ensure that the focus was squarely on Sidan’s diverse portfolio of thriving commercial properties.

Sidan’s directors chose Designer Websites for this project because they were familiar with the work we had previously completed for winners of BBC One’s The Apprentice and they were impressed with our capabilities. Here are some of the features that we incorporated into Sidan Property’s website design:
Online PortfolioThe beating heart of Sidan’s business is of course their portfolio of properties. The company wanted to make it straightforward for website users to access information about their investments, and so we worked closely with them to create an ‘Our Properties’ page containing a multimedia profile for each one. Website visitors can now view photographs, dimensions and floor plans for each property Sidan have purchased.
Content Management SystemThe ‘Our Properties’ page is built on a user-friendly CMS (content management system) that allows Sidan’s directors to log into the back end of the website at any time and add new property information – or edit the information they’ve uploaded previously. This puts the company in control of their website’s content and enables them to publish quick updates as and when they please instead of having to ask our developers.
Responsive DesignPeople nowadays conduct most of their Internet activity on smartphones, and knowing this, Sidan wanted to make sure that their property website would be easy to use on mobile devices as well as desktop machines. This is another reason why Designer Websites were chosen for this project: all of the websites we produce are responsive, meaning that the design automatically adapts to fit the screen on which it’s viewed.
